Location. Nestled on a private beach in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, Hotel Finisterra is within walking distance of downtown and the marina. From the Los Cabos International Airport, Hotel Finisterra is a 35-minute drive. Cabo San Lucas Country Club is a 10-minute drive and offers two golf courses for guest enjoyment.
Hotel Features. Hotel Finisterra features a variety of services for guest convenience including a car rental desk, a gift shop and babysitting services. Upon arrival, guests receive a complimentary cocktail. The resort offers daily activities including cooking, bartending and Spanish classes. The concierge can arrange offsite activities like golf, fish and boat excursions. Satisfying dining options include seafood specialties at Blue Marlin and poolside dining at Palapa. The Whale Watcher Bar offers a spectacular view and is an excellent area for informal gatherings. Palapita Events Center is recommended for receptions, dinners and parties. Approximately 3,200 square feet, the Palapita is a glass-walled, circular enclosure near a glistening pool. While swimming in the adjacent Pacific Ocean is strongly discouraged due to strong undertows, the hotel features three freeform pool complexes. The lower-level pool is 53.25 meters long with a children's area and four eight-person spa tubs. The mid-level pool complex features a 35-meter long pool with a swim-up bar and two four-person spa tubs. The upper-level complex includes an unheated 38-meter long pool and one four-person spa tub.
Guestrooms. Cliffside guestrooms with Spanish décor include balconies with city or ocean views and marble bathrooms. Spacious suites offer alcove-style walls, dual patios and wet-bars.
