Location. Located on 300 acres in the foothills of the Waianae Mountains, the Makaha Resort Golf Club is positioned one-half mile from the 15th-century Kaneaki Heiau Temple. Makaha Beach is located two miles from the resort.
Hotel Features. Overlooking the resort's golf course and the Pacific Ocean from a private lanai, the Pumana Lounge offers light fare and cocktails, and hosts live Hawaiian music. Regional Hawaiian cuisine is served at the Kaiona Restaurant, which features weekend dinner buffets with seafood and prime rib. The Makaha Golf Course offers the 19th Hole Snack Bar located adjacent to the golf pro shop. Complimentary wireless Internet access is provided in the lobby. Function rooms accommodate up to 200 people. This resort is enclosed by a veranda that stretches onto a sundeck with a Waianae Mountain-view outdoor pool and two tennis courts.
